Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. It's usually a combination of letters and numbers like LX123456789CN.
My tracking number isn't working yet.
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to activate after your order is dispatched. Please try again the next day. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days.
This is normal for international shipments — tracking can stall between countries. If there's been no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package.
Check with neighbours and your building's reception first. If it's still missing, contact us within 5 days and we'll resolve it under our Delivery Guarantee.
