Processing Time
After you place your order, our team processes and prepares it for dispatch within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on our Track My Order page to follow your package in real time.
Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to activate in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to 120+ countries worldwide. We cover all customs and import fees on your behalf — there are no hidden charges or surprise duties when your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, guaranteed.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Severe weather or carrier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll reship and refund you in full under our Delivery Guarantee.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
