How quickly will I get a response?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in fulfilment. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If there's been no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it under our Delivery Guarantee.
