Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items within 120 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 120 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Contact us on whatsapp or Email us at support@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Receive Return Instructions
We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within a few hours You'll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few hours of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or variant? We're happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll take care of the rest.
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund so you can reorder when it's available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a free replacement and issue a full refund— You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and also give you a full refund
